Under no circumstances will the collected data be passed on to third parties without the consent of the persons concerned.

General information on data processing

Scope of processing of personal data

In principle, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases in which it is not possible to obtain prior consent for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis. For the processing of personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 lit.b GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit.c GDPR serves as the legal basis. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis. If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

Data deletion and storage period

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject. The data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract.

Collection of general information (server log files)

When you access our website, general information is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, among other things, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and the like. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content of websites requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimize our website and the technology behind it. We reserve the right to have data subsequently checked (by a certified company) if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use.

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as.B Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google web fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google web fonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font. Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data. The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

The IP anonymization mentioned in the previous paragraph is activated for this website and can be controlled with the following entry: gtag('config', 'UA-41075588-1, { 'anonymize_ip': true });

Map service from Google Maps

On our website, we use Google Maps (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) in various places to display maps and to create directions. By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of the automatically collected data and the data entered by you by Google, one of its representatives, or third-party providers. For Google Maps, you can find the terms of use under Terms of use for Google Maps and the privacy policy under Data protection at Google. Google may transfer the information obtained through Google Maps to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. It cannot be ruled out that Google may associate your IP address with other Google data. It is technically possible that Google could identify at least individual users on the basis of the data received. We have no influence on the fact that personal data and personality profiles of users of the website are processed by Google for other purposes. You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service in a simple way and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google. To do this, deactivate JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display. Further explanations: We link from this page to Google Maps. The linking is done by means of an iframe (= an HTML element. It can be embedded anywhere in a web page). We use the offer of Google Maps "Share or embed map". Please also read Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de#infocollect

As soon as you click on the map, you use the data from Google Maps. Please note that by using Google Maps, you agree to the collection, processing and use of the automatically collected data by Google. The terms of use of Google Maps can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html

Google Sources

This website integrates external fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. (USA). The integration of the fonts takes place through a server call to Google in the USA, whereby it can be assumed that requests are stored by Google. Further information can be found in the Google Fonts FAQ under https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq#what-does-using-the-google-fonts-api-mean-for-the-privacy-of-my-users or in the Google Privacy Policy under https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user's computer system. When a user accesses a website, a cookie can be stored on the user's operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that allows the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is called up again. Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transmit viruses to a computer. Based on the information contained in cookies, we can facilitate your navigation and enable the correct display of our websites. Under no circumstances will the data collected by us be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent. In principle, you can also view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are usually set (already during installation) to accept cookies. You can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via the settings of your browser. Please note that individual functions of our website may not work if you have deactivated the use of cookies.

Facebook linking

There is a link to Facebook, on this website. Only with click/activation, on the Facebook button you will be directed to the pages of Facebook.

External Links

On our websites, we use links to external pages that are specially marked and whose contents are not on our server. The external contents of these links were checked when setting the links. However, it cannot be ruled out that the contents have been subsequently changed by the respective providers. If you notice that the content of the external providers violates applicable law, please let us know.

SSL encryption

In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.B. SSL) via HTTPS.

Contact

Email dispatch via our website! The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. We do not have a contact form on our website, clicking on our email address automatically opens "your personal email program" and with your email program you send us your data. There are therefore no scripts on our website that transmit your personal data (your email address, possibly name and address) to us. We would like to point out once again that data transmission on the Internet (e.B. when communicating by email) may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. Furthermore, we offer the possibility (if there are concerns to send us an email) to call us!
